Privacy notice
This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you use the Anamedsis directory, in line with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

What we process
- Request form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the procedure you are interested in, your preferred time and your message. Your message may contain health information.
- Patient reviews (international site only): your rating, review text, the name and country you choose to show, the month of treatment, and the consent text you accepted with its date. If you ticked the box on the request form, we also record that you asked for one review invitation.
- AI assistant: what you write; details such as phone numbers and email addresses are masked before storage.
- Technical data: your country is derived from your IP address at the time of your visit; your IP address is not stored for this purpose. To count doctor profile views once per day, each view is stored with a short one-way code derived from your IP address and the date; it changes every day and cannot be linked to you or across days. Server logs may be kept for security.
Purposes and legal bases
- Forwarding your request to the doctor and clinic you choose and notifying you of replies by email: your explicit consent, as the request may contain health data, and the provision of the service.
- Publishing your review on our international site and sending the one review invitation you asked for: your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the link in our email.
- Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse: legitimate interest.
- Complying with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Your request is sent only to the doctor and clinic you choose. Our hosting and email providers process data only on our behalf. Your data is never used for advertising or sold.
How long we keep it
Closed conversations are deleted after 730 days and assistant chats after 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Published reviews stay online until you withdraw them; we then delete the text and keep only a record that you gave and withdrew consent, for as long as we may need to prove it.
Your rights
You have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request information, correction or deletion, to object and to seek compensation for damage. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Please send requests to the email address above.
